Terms & Conditions
Standard terms applicable to all Awadh Tour packages. By booking, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our email, booking form, or by calling our customer service team.
- A deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 20 days prior to the tour date.
- We accept payments through Net Banking to our current account. Payment plans are available on request.
- Booking is confirmed only after receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from our team.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing to our customer service team.
- Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7–15 days prior will attract a 50% cancellation charge.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour date will be charged 100% of the tour cost.
- No refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
- Third-party service providers (hotels, transport) may apply their own cancellation policies. Such charges will be deducted before processing refunds.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests must be made in writing to our customer service team.
- Requests made more than 48 hours prior to the tour date will be accommodated at no additional cost (subject to availability).
- Requests made less than 48 hours prior will be subject to a ₹2,500 per person rescheduling fee.
Itinerary & Changes
- The published itinerary is a guideline. Actual sightseeing order may vary based on local conditions, temple timings, traffic, or group preference.
- We reserve the right to substitute hotels of equivalent category if the listed property is unavailable.
- In case of road closure, natural calamity, or government restrictions, alternate arrangements will be made at no extra cost where possible.
- Any changes requested by the traveler after departure may incur additional charges.
Accommodation & Meals
- Accommodation is on a twin/triple sharing basis unless specifically booked otherwise.
- Meals included are as specified in the package (typically breakfast and dinner). Lunch and beverages are not included unless explicitly stated.
- All meals served are pure vegetarian, in keeping with the spiritual nature of the pilgrimage.
- Hotel check-in is generally at 2 PM and check-out at 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Transportation
- Transportation is by AC vehicle (Swift Dzire / Innova / Tempo Traveller as per group size).
- AC will not function in hilly/mountain terrain — this is a vehicle limitation, not a service deficiency.
- The vehicle is for point-to-point transfers as per the itinerary. Personal sightseeing outside the itinerary is chargeable extra.
Insurance & Liability
- We strongly recommend all travelers purchase personal travel insurance before departure.
- Awadh Tour / Care My Trip is not liable for any loss of baggage, personal injury, illness, or expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances including weather, political unrest, or natural events.
- Travelers with serious health conditions should consult their physician before booking.
Conduct & Respect
- Travelers are expected to maintain decorum at all religious sites — modest clothing, no footwear inside temples, and respectful behavior at all times.
- Consumption of alcohol or non-vegetarian food is discouraged during spiritual yatras and may be restricted at certain destinations.
- Our team reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour for disruptive behavior without refund.
